In the winter time You can access the ski slopes directly from your own yard. Providing the conditions You can even reach a 4km cross country skiing track directly from the backyard of Villa Rinnesappee. During other seasons this track serves as a hiking trail directly into to the surrounding forest. During the summar You can ie. canoe on the nearby (200m) lake with our own canoe or swim in the clear waters of lake Pälkänevesi 2 km from the Villa. You can also explore the multiple nature trails on the Laipanmaan wilderness area which starts directly at your footsteps. The surrounding Sappee holiday resort area provides for multiple winter and summertime activities including skiing, hiking, a large frisbee golf course, downhill biking, horse riding etc.

The Villa is equipped with full kitchen, living and household equipment. In case You wish to have linen and towels included please book them in advance (additional charges may apply) As for food making spices, toiletries etc please bring your own.
Cleaning
As this is a self catering Villa, You take care of the daily cleaning and end cleaning as agreed. You can always purchase the end cleaning.
Smoking
This is a non smoking villa. The smoking is allowed on the backyard patio, designated area.
